U.S. (Domestic) Shipping Policy
- All orders will be processed within 24-72 hours. Orders do not process, ship, or deliver on weekends or holidays.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, we may need a few extra days to ship your order. Allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there are further delays in processing your order, we will reach out to you by email or phone.
Shipping Rates + delivery estimates
Shipping charges (if applicable) for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment to P.O. boxes addresses
We ship to P.O. box addresses within the United States.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number should be active within 24 hours depending on the carrier. Orders under $10 may not receive a tracking number.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Brandon Hodges Art LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees (tariffs, taxes, etc.) imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages
Brandon Hodges Art LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We do ship outside the U.S. International orders will have a higher shipping cost and brandonhodges.art is not responsible for any customs or taxes resulting from the international shipment.
